This coffee comes from the Mantiqueria de Minas region of Brazil and is produced by Antonio Jose de Vilas Boas. It grows at an elevation of 1100-1300 meters above sea level (masl) and is of a single variety, Yellow Catuai. It is a full natural process, which means that the fruit of the coffee cherry is dried on the seed. This process leads to rich flavors in the cup. Depending on the roast level and brew method, this coffee can produce flavors of black cherry, chocolate, fig, and raisin.
